By accessing or using the RecoverLab website at recoverlab.madethis.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Products
All products sold by RecoverLab are physiotherapy-inspired tools designed for home use. They are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new recovery programme, especially post-surgery.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or if products are unavailable. Payments are processed securely via our payment partner. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. RecoverLab is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at team@recoverlab.madethis.app within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of RecoverLab and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
RecoverLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights under South African consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
